Pet Policy

The Woodhawk Club is a very pet-friendly community. Even though we love most types of pets there are only a few rules we must enforce to ensure that the community will continue to be a comforatble place for everyone.

One dog or two cats per apartment are allowed with an additional security deposit and fees. The following breeds are not permitted: Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Boxer, Doberman, Great Dane, Chow, Akita or Wolf-hybrid. All pets must be registered with the office.
